Quincy Primus
Since moving to New York from Denver in 2021, I have worked at the intersection of live events, artist relations, and production. My goal is to bring both creative fluency and operational precision to every project.
Currently serving as Concert Coordinator at City Winery in Manhattan, I act as the primary liaison for artists and their teams, overseeing hospitality, show logistics, and settlements. I manage financial documentation, coordinate with managers and tour teams, and ensure seamless execution from artist arrival through settlement.
In addition to my venue work, I work as a Production Assistant for Condé Nast, supporting shoots for brands including Vogue, GQ, Architectural Digest, Bon Appétit, and Epicurious. I have contributed to high-profile productions such as the 2024 and 2025 Met Gala, assisting producers, talent, and camera crews in fast-paced environments.
Earlier in my career, I interned at Electric Lady Studios, gaining hands-on experience supporting professional recording sessions alongside top engineers and artists.
Passionate about the business infrastructure that supports artists and live performance, I thrive in roles that require coordination, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. I am driven by building strong partnerships and helping creative projects execute at the highest level.
